Delivery in 5–8 working days across Greece, by appointment, with to-your-floor delivery for large furniture. Free shipping over €150. You have 14 days for a free return in the original packaging — we arrange the pickup.
Payments
Visa/Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfer and up to 12 interest-free instalments. All transactions SSL-encrypted.

How much is shipping?
Orders over €150 ship free. Below €150, shipping is calculated at checkout based on volume and destination (from €9).
Do you deliver to the islands?
Yes, across all of Greece. For islands, delivery takes 7–12 working days.
Can I change my mind?
You have 14 calendar days from delivery for a free return, as long as the product is unused and in its original packaging.
Is there a warranty?
All furniture is covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
Is assembly required?
Most pieces arrive ready or with minimal assembly. Each product page states what's needed.
How do I book a HEART Design appointment?
