These terms govern purchases from heartofhome.gr. By completing an order you accept these terms.

Prices: All prices include 24% VAT and the recycling fee. Delivery: 5–8 working days (islands 7–12). Withdrawal: 14 calendar days from delivery, with the product unused in its original packaging. Warranty: 2 years against manufacturing defects.

Competent courts: Thessaloniki, Greece. Alternative dispute resolution: EU ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/odr).
